I couldn't have asked for a better location in Florence! Right near Piazza San Marco and a short walk from all the main attractions. The rooms with shared bathrooms were charming and well-maintained, though the aircon leaked a bit of water. The service was exceptional, offering a warm welcome and great recommendations, despite limited desk hours. The dining experience was average, and I found dining elsewhere to be more satisfying. Overall, a fabulous stay with a couple of minor hiccups.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a washbasin, making shared bathrooms more convenient. The service was incredibly helpful, offering assistance with train tickets and recommendations for local spots. The dining options, although available for an extra charge, were not as fresh as expected. The area around the hotel felt safe during the day but a bit less secure at night.
